Push Print (Pty) Ltd

At Push Print, we aim to ensure that your printed products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
  • Printing production begins only after:
    • Full payment is made, and
    • Print-ready artwork has been approved.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Production Time

  • Production times vary depending on:
    • The type of product ordered
    • Quantity
    • Finishing options selected
  • Estimated production timelines are displayed on the website or communicated during checkout.
  • Production time does not include shipping time.

3. Shipping & Delivery Areas

  • Push Print currently delivers within South Africa only.
  • Deliveries are made to:
    • Residential addresses
    • Business addresses
    • Courier collection points (where applicable)

4. Shipping Method

  • All deliveries are handled by third-party courier services selected by Push Print.
  • The courier used may vary depending on location, order size, and availability.
  • Push Print reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier for each order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Package size and weight
  • All shipping and handling fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Any additional charges imposed by the courier (e.g., remote area surcharges) may be passed on to the customer.

6. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and courier service used.
  • Typical delivery timeframes (after production):
    • Major cities: 1–3 business days
    • Outlying or rural areas: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Tracking Information

  • Where available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking information.

8. Risk & Ownership

  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
  • Push Print is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier after dispatch.

9. Delivery Delays

  • Push Print is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Weather conditions
    • Strikes
    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • No refunds or reprints will be issued for courier-related delays.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete.
  • Push Print is not responsible for:
    • Failed deliveries
    • Delays
    • Additional courier fees
      resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

11. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
    • Notify Push Print within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
  • Approved claims may result in a reprint or replacement at Push Print’s discretion.

12. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

  • If an order is returned to Push Print due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Failure to collect from courier
  • The customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

13. Cancellations & Shipping

  • Orders that have entered production or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
